Improve your English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing by taking English Language Learners (ELL) classes. The ELL program is open to people at any level, from non-English speaking to advanced.
You may be teamed up with a conversation partner -- volunteers who devote time each week to conversing with ELL students in English.
You can join most classes at any time. They are offered at various times at La Crosse, Independence, and Sparta. ELL classes are free to Wisconsin residents. Non-resident students may be required to pay tuition and fees.
