Develop the skills to interpret architectural documents, analyze building systems, and apply energy-efficient design principles to both new and retrofit projects. Coursework covers residential heating and cooling load calculations, building envelope analysis, and compliance with industry standards such as REScheck, REMrate, and ACCA Manual J. Upon completion, you'll be prepared to meet the growing demand for sustainable construction, pursue roles in construction management, energy auditing, and building performance analysis, and even work toward certification as a BPI Building Analyst.
