In this four-course program, you'll gain a solid foundation in building science, construction methods, and energy modeling. Develop the skills to interpret architectural documents, analyze building systems, and apply energy-efficient design principles to both new and retrofit projects. Coursework covers residential heating and cooling load calculations, building envelope analysis, and compliance with industry standards such as REScheck, REMrate, and ACCA Manual J.
